Refund Policy for Handmade Items
Thank you for purchasing our handmade items. We take pride in our craftsmanship and hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a refund policy subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process

Return Authorization: After receiving your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return address. This number must be included with your return package.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the item is approved for a refund, we will notify you via email and process your refund within 7 business days.
